About Us

Our Philosophy

At Mind Harmonics, we believe that music is a powerful tool for helping children navigate and understand their emotions. Emotional resilience begins from a young age, which is why our approach is centred on nurturing not only a love for music, but also using music as an avenue for emotional expression and self-regulation.

We focus on creating a safe and supportive environment where children feel comfortable expressing themselves creatively while learning to recognise and manage their feelings. By thoughtfully integrating music into our curriculum, we support children in developing essential skills for coping with stress, building emotional awareness, and strengthening emotional regulation.

Partnering with us means joining a community that values growth, creativity, and emotional well-being.

Our Story

SueLi Tang

Our journey began in 2017, when Sueli Tang founded TMC to bring culturally relevant musical experiences into early childhood education in Singapore. She developed programmes such as the Musical Tots SG preschool curriculum and musical storytelling programmes for young children. These programmes featured original music composed by Sueli, rooted in local contexts and everyday experiences, making learning meaningful and relevant for children.

In 2025, a major curriculum review and rebranding led to the evolution of the preschool curriculum into Mind Harmonics, and the musical storytelling programmes into Seeds & Songs.

We thank Sueli for her vision, creativity, and dedication in shaping our foundations. As she continues her journey as a professional musician, we wish her every success and remain deeply grateful for the lasting legacy she leaves behind.

Mind Harmonics

With this rebrand, Mind Harmonics placed greater emphasis on emotional regulation. We believe emotional resilience begins in early childhood and is increasingly important in a society that often prioritises efficiency and performance over well-being. Our approach is grounded in values-led education, where the learning process, emotional safety, and meaningful engagement matter as much as outcomes.

Through music, movement, and purposeful engagement, Mind Harmonics supports children not only in developing musical skills, but also in building emotional awareness, self-regulation, confidence, and a sense of joy in learning.
